| Well.. This is my enchantress build, so sorry if it kinda suck. 
so lets start with the level:
level 1:1st skill( which is the untouchable)
level 2:3rd skill(heal)
level 3:1st skill(untouchable)
level 4:3rd skill(heal)
level 5:1st skill(untouchable)
level 6:Last skill(Impetus)
level 7:1st skill(untouchable)
level 8:3rd skill(heal)
level 9:3rd skill(heal)
level 10:2nd skill(slow) or the stat("+" symbol), depending which one you think is needed the most. But i prefer 2nd
level 11:Last skill(Impetus)
level 12:2nd skill(slow)
level 13:2nd skill(slow)
level 14:2nd skill(slow)
level 15:If you chose 2nd skill(slow) when your at level 10, then choose the stat("+" symbol). But if you chose stat, then pick 2nd skill(slow)
level 16:last skill(Impetus)
level 17: stat("+" symbol)
level 18: stat("+" symbol)
level 19: stat("+" symbol)
level 20: stat("+" symbol)
level 21: stat("+" symbol)
level 22: stat("+" symbol)
level 23: stat("+" symbol)
level 24: stat("+" symbol)
level 25: stat("+" symbol)
Now, For the items:
starters: 2 null talisman, 1 empty bottle, treadz(int)/phase boots, crow
late game: guinsoo, shivas guard, orchid(3 oblivion staff), boots of travel.
So, this is my build, hope it helps! ^_^
